Emma joined Connelly & Yeoman in January 2013, after previously working at another law firm in Dundee after completion of her Law Degree at Dundee University. Emma has worked within the Private Client area for many years now, including administering complex and high value estates, advising on Inheritance Tax matters and dealing with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney. Emma also deals with all matters of residential conveyancing, including property purchases and sales.

Barry joined Connelly & Yeoman as a Trainee Solicitor in May 2008. Barry deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. Barry also deals with Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries. During his time at Connelly & Yeoman, Barry has established a loyal and ever-growing client base.

Barry lives in Monifieth and enjoys playing golf and supporting Dundee United F.C. in his spare time.

Nicola joined Connelly & Yeoman in May 2014, having started her legal career in Blairgowrie and thereafter working in the Angus area. Nicola deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. Nicola also deals with Private Client matters including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, and the administration of Executries.

Nicola lives in Brechin and is available to meet clients throughout the Angus area.

Julie Hamill, Solicitor

Julie is based in our Arbroath office and is also available in our Carnoustie office. Julie specialises in residential property transactions including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. Julie also deals with private client matters including Executries and the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Originally from Aberdeen, Julie obtained an HND in Legal Services and began her career as a Secretary working her way up to a Paralegal. Julie then undertook her Law Degree on a part time basis at Aberdeen University and continued to work full-time as a Paralegal dealing with a variety of conveyancing matters. Julie was also employed as a Tutor at Aberdeen University teaching conveyancing on the Diploma in Legal Practice prior to moving to Arbroath.
